Enter the sauna room only just five minutes before the procedure starts. It will take about 25 minutes, starting with a threfold pouring on of water. After 8 minutes you leave the room.
n the neighbouring room you will get a salt - peeling treatment and then your skin will be rubbled with crushed ice, upon which you will again enter the sauna room and have a final threfold pouring on of water.
